Poppy Huggie Escape is a challenging runner game with a horror theme in which the goal is to make it through each level without getting killed. In this game, the creature Huggy Wuggy will pursue you, and you must do everything you can to stay alive. You must acquire enough stars/keys and reach the door in order to complete a level. You may fail the game if you are captured by the monster pursuing you, if you hit the spikes, if you fall off, or if you reach the door without enough keys. In contrast to other games of a similar nature in which you can openly select the level after completing it, if you die in this game you must start from the beginning.
By amassing enough keys, you can exchange them for a different monster disguise. By default, Huggy Wuggy will pursue you with his grotesque canines. Freddy Fazbear from the acclaimed video game Five Nights at Freddy's can be unlocked if you acquire 500 keys. With 2,000 and 5,000 keys, you can access more monster skins.
